An incident happened to a middle aged man on his way to work on Friday morning at providus bank the man was badly burnt in that incident and he was hospitalized immediate.

An unspecified number of persons were injured and While The middle aged man Died immediate burnt to death in a fire outbreak that engulfed at Providus bank head office on Adeola odeku, Victoria Island Lagos State on Friday morning.
The fire was Said to have emanated from the premises of the bank while a repair work was being carried out on its generating set.

One of the eyewitnesses said said the fire was suspected to have started from a gas leakage, while others are said, it Was a car that parked at a pin down point close to the building consumed by fire.

The police public relations officer, confirmed the incident, that the fire started within the bank premises on Friday evening.our vehicle got burnt but of our officers were not affected by the fire.
The injured persons have been hospitalised and people who were their are chased away by bystanders who pelted them with stones.
